Frequently asked questions
We are very excited that you have decided to purchase a FRANKIA motorhome. Please contact your dealer for questions regarding delivery times and technical issues. Your dealer will have all of the information you need and can discuss your requests with our order department.
Please contact your dealer with all questions and change requests. Changes and requests imply changes in the purchase contract that you signed with your FRANKIA dealer. As the manufacturer, we can only accept changes, etc. from FRANKIA partners.
FRANKIA offers a 7-year water ingress warranty provided the motorhome is inspected once a year at an authorised FRANKIA partner or at our factory. The first inspection must be done 12 to 14 months after the vehicle is first registered.
We will gladly prepare cost estimates for you. To do this, we will need a detailed description of the damage with corresponding photos.
The fees for cost estimates are as follows:
Up to €1,000 in damage: €55
Up to €10,000 in damage: €129
Over €10,000 in damage: €215Please confirm that you agree with these prices when you send us a request for a cost estimate. The fee will be offset from the actual repair costs.
The roof hatches in your motorhome are largely equipped with forced ventilation in accordance with DIN EN 721. For Mini-Heki this is achieved with a non-built-in seal and for Midi-Heki and Heki III with a semi-seal. FRANKIA and our partners are not allowed to close these apertures.

Spare parts and repairs – On-site services
FRANKIA Motorhomes are built for durability. Our trade and service partners are here to help you should you ever need spare parts or other services. They are regularly trained and happy to offer you their services. Please contact your dealer or any authorised FRANKIA dealer if you have any technical questions, would like to order spare parts or have any repair requests. Also contact your dealer if you would like to make an appointment right at the factory. Your dealer will arrange the appointment for you.
